However, we understand there may be exceptional circumstances where merchandise arrives damaged. In such instances, we may provide a replacement item(s) subject to certain conditions.
Eligibility for Replacement of Damaged Merchandise
If you receive a damaged item, it may be eligible for replacement. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Proof of the damage is required.
Please contact us promptly upon receiving damaged goods, and we will request photos of the damage. We will then notify you whether your request for a replacement has
been approved or rejected.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including, but not limited to:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable files
• Video content
• One-on-one Sessions of any type (Angel Readings, Coaching or Consultations, etc.) cannot be returned, and no-shows for scheduled sessions are not refundable.
• Journals for personal use.
Sale Items and Gifts
Unfortunately, sale items and bundled items cannot be refunded or returned. If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, no return or refund can be provided. However, if a gift item arrives damaged, please contact us for assistance.
You will be responsible for covering your shipping costs for returning damaged items to us. These shipping costs are non-refundable. You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
