Creative outlets are crucial for opening and maintaining pathways for connection to intuitive guidance. There are so many ways you can be creative and I certainly use Whole Life journaling as one of my daily creative outlets. (See which journal and tools I love to use here.)
Another way I find a creative outlet is through creating stories through video. I have always enjoyed editing videos of family and animals and creating a story. I have a vast amount of footage of two of my furry family members, Ash & Max, so I have started creating videos on my personal TikTok account as a creative outlet.
