Yesterday’s coffee landed on 11/11, and that kicked off a great discussion about what number signs mean and how to keep track of what they mean.
It was a fun and lively discussion as always, and I really enjoyed hearing about your latest intuitive experiences.
If you were unable to attend, here are three of the takeaways from our discussion to keep you up to date for the next coffee on December 9th, 2012.
1) Always write down when you have received a sign.
I am always encouraging you to keep everything in your intuition journal. This is why I call it the Whole Life Journaling method.
However, we may not always have our journal handy or have the time to write in it as soon as we receive a sign. Find a way to track it until you can put it in your journal. I have a note in the notes app of my iPhone called Signs, so I can ask Siri to keep track of it for me until I can put it in my intuition tracker.
2) Make time to record signs in your journal.
I know this can be daunting sometimes, but try to find time in your daily routine to make a ritual of using your journal. I write in my journal in the mornings while enjoying my favorite coffee. But you could always make it a “Tea Time” event at 3:00 pm and brew your favorite herbal tea. Find what works for you, and make it enjoyable. Put on your favorite relaxing music, maybe even light a candle or use some aromatherapy diffusers. Even if you can only do this once a week, make sure you track the signs you are receiving.
3) Review your entries often.
It’s not always easy to see a pattern in the signs you are receiving. Writing it down helps tremendously. It creates a “Map Key” for the Map you are using for guidance to develop your intuition.
